We can offer returns and exchanges if you contact us for a return/exchange request within 30 days of receiving your items. Please note that we are a small business and every order is custom made after your purchase. Because we care about the quality of our products and your satisfaction, we will do what we can to accommodate your exchange with another style/size or process your return/refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns and exchanges requested after the 30 day window will not be honored.
